Mining in Montpelier!

As it was grotty weather at the station this morning I looked for leaf mines (as you do) and spotted Bramble leaves with what is likely to be Stigmella aurella mines on them. This is a tiny moth the adult of which is less often seen than the characteristic mines which are made by the larvae as they chomp their way through the leaves.
