Raven bonkers

Too wet to go out today, but a Raven flew over the flat at lunchtime mobbed enthusiastically by a Carrion Crow. In the garden a pair of Blackbirds feeding young were being stalked on and off all day by next door's cat - it will almost certainly kill the birds, so single-minded is it and it knows roughly where the nest is, in the neighbour's garden. I felt helpless as I obviously can't get anywhere near it. A horrible situation. Also a party of Long-tailed Tits and a Blue Tit in the garden. Plenty of House Sparrows feeding outside my window again and a singing Wren.
